About The Company

For more 15 years, Halifax C&D Recycling has been a leader in helping Nova Scotia’s impressive recycling and composting effort. The company’s Goodwood facility houses its head office and is also one of two places customers bring their waste.

Company founder Dan Chassie added the tire recycling facility to the site in 2010.

In 2000, the company expanded with the addition of the Dartmouth transfer station on Ross Road. Halifax C&D is a national leader in construction and demolition waste diversion.
